Looking for a professional room to see clients on Auckland's North Shore? We have a private treatment room and a large loft space for rent at our Northcote clinic, 29C Woodside Avenue.

It's a calm, established health clinic with a friendly team. A great fit for clinicians starting out or growing their practice, including physios, counsellors, psychologists, massage therapists and other allied health practitioners.

You'll be working alongside our hand therapy team, so it suits practitioners who value a professional, quiet setting for their clients.

What's available

Private treatment room

A self-contained ground floor room, around 3m x 5m. It has a treatment bed, desk, sink and air conditioning.

The loft

A large upstairs space (stair access only). Suits one-on-one sessions, ad hoc workshops or events, or a quiet office desk. Not suitable for regular classes.

Rates

Treatment room from $150 + GST per day. Weekly rates available. Hourly and half day bookings, late nights and weekends may also be available, so just ask.
