I'm a Physiotherapist and Registered Hand Therapist.
HI I’M SARAH
Registered Hand Therapist | Senior Physiotherapist
(BHSc Physiotherapy, PGDip Health Sciences, NZRP)
I graduated from AUT in 2008 and worked briefly as a physio in NZ prior to heading overseas to travel and work in Australia and the UK in private physiotherapy practices. I returned to NZ in 2012 and continued to work as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist and an Occupational Physiotherapist. I currently work as a Hand Therapist and an Occupational Physiotherapist where I help clients return to work following their injury.
I believe that education and great communication is important in your treatment session to ensure you to understand what the recovery process looks like and requires, while equipping you with the knowledge and tools for recovery and self-management and to help with injury prevention. Outside of work, I enjoy catching up with friends and family and getting out and exploring the outdoors and new places and will give almost anything a go.

HI I’M EMMA
Registered Hand Therapist | Occupational Therapist
(BHSc Occupational Therapy, PGCert Rehab, NZROT)
After graduating from AUT, I headed overseas and found myself working at a paediatric hospital in Doha, Qatar and that's where I discovered my passion for hand therapy. I find it incredibly rewarding guiding people through hand and upper limb injuries and helping them return to what's important in their lives.
I have a particular interest in acute wound care and scar management where the right approach can make a real difference to your recovery and long-term outcomes. I also love working with kids, which takes a bit of patience and creativity to keep them engaged, but seeing their progress makes it all worthwhile.
Outside of work, I enjoy catching up with friends and family, travelling and enjoying the outdoors.

After graduating from AUT, I went on to work at some of Sydney’s leading hospitals prior to returning to NZ shores, and gaining extensive experience in NZ leading hand therapy clinics. I completed my Post Graduate studies and become a Registered Hand Therapist in 2013, I have over 12 years of Hand Therapy experience.
I am passionate about understanding your unique story to help you get back to doing what you love. Beyond the clinic, you'll find me embracing an active lifestyle, chasing after my kids, fueled by the love of good coffee, and soaking in the North Shore life.
