At North Shore Hand Therapy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help

Return Policy

  • You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging to be eligible.

  • Please note that opened or used products and any gifts included with an order are non-returnable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer — we recommend using a reliable, trackable service.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email reception@northshorehands.co.nz with the subject line: Return – [Your Order Number]. Please include the reason for your return.

  2. Send the item back using a trackable shipping service.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

  4. Your refund will appear on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchange Policy

You can exchange an item within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  1. Email reception@northshorehands.co.nz with the subject line: Exchange – [Your Order Number]. Please include the reason for your exchange.

  2. Once confirmed, we will dispatch your replacement item.

Damage Product Policy

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery where possible and contact us immediately. If damage is noticed after delivery, please email us within 24 hours at reception@northshorehands.co.nz with photos of the damaged item and packaging, your order number, and a brief description of the issue. We will cover return shipping costs for damaged or defective products and send a replacement at no additional charge.
