After graduating from AUT in 2021, I've been working as the physiotherapist at Westlake Boys High School, working closely with their First XV on injury management and performance.

I’ve recently joined the team at North Shore Hand Therapy, bringing that experience to hand and upper limb rehabilitation.

I love the process of getting someone from injured back to full function, whether that's a prop returning to scrum or a patient regaining grip strength after surgery.

My passion for sport means I understand what it takes to get back on the field, and I bring that same energy and care to every patient I see.
