  • Rental Rate: $75 NZD per week

  • Minimum Rental: 2 week

  • Security Deposit: Refundable deposit required (charged separately, released upon return)

  • Late Fee: $15 NZD per day after rental period ends

How It Works

  2. Security Deposit: We'll contact you to arrange the refundable security deposit

  3. Use & Recover: Follow the included instructions for safe, effective cold therapy

  4. Deposit Refunded: Your security deposit is refunded 5-7 days after we receive the unit in good condition

Rental Conditions

  • Equipment must be returned clean and in good working condition

  • Normal wear and tear is expected and acceptable

  • You are responsible for the equipment during the rental period

  • Late returns will incur additional daily rental fees

  • Equipment must not be modified, sublet, or transferred to others
